Dryer works perfect. The washer would not work on rinse cycle but has a soak cycle that I used which would rinse and then spin and then I would dry. Was told when the guys came to hook up my new set that the items where not hooked up correctly. So that could be it or it could be in the switch. Taking up space must go. Both are white in color
